		<description>In action movies, there&#039;s always a simple hatch in the ceiling of the elevator which gives easy access to the workings of the building.

I always look but I&#039;ve never found an easy access hatch yet.

Lucky, in the event of terrorist take-over of my building, I have developed contingency plans...  :)</description>
