		<description>For me, rebellion is easy.  Sometimes I just say No.  We Southern women are indoctrinated from birth to bend over backwards to be nurturing and helpful.  Sure, it is good to help others when you can, but in my mind, when you constantly take on the work or burdens of others simply because they asked you to, folks find out in a hurry that they can dump all kinds of things on your back.  So my act of rebellion is quite simple.  Sometimes I just say No. :)
