Isn’t that interesting? How many other options could you add to the list: Tornados, Aliens, Environmental Disaster…? Would people still pick Politics first? I did and would probably keep to that.
How many other ways can you think of that the world (the planet or just our civilization on it) might end? Which do you think is the most likely and why?

The world ends in about 5 billion years when the sun turns into a red giant and swallows the Earth. Mind you, some rocky shell of an Earth might still survive – or the drag of the solar atmosphere may decay Earth’s orbit and we crash into the sun.

I believe the world will end with the advent of a zombie apocalypse. Why? Because I find that much more interesting than a series of natural disasters. And with zombies, it is possible to plan ahead…
