I think it’s great someone has come up with an actual word for this. I bookpack every day. Even when I’m not hiking, exploring or road tripping.

I always have a book in my rucksack, just in case.
I’m thinking about making a bookbag. Something in between the size of my purse and the bigger size of my backpack. The backpack is so huge, too big for most days touring around on the bus. But, a bookbag could be just the right size and not make me look like a hobo.
